Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is payable in advance to reserve your accommodation. For cancellation within one week of the booking date we will ask you to pay 50% of the total cost if we are unable to re-let the room.

Minimum stay:
Weekends: 2 nights

Payments:
We accept payment by UK cheque (payable to "G.L. Birks"), cash or via PayPal.

We will e-mail you a link to our PayPal account once you have placed a booking request: please remember to let us know your e-mail address. You can pay using any credit or debit card — you don't need a PayPal account.

Check-in/check-out times:
Check-in is normally after 15:00 except by prior arrangment. Normal check-out time is 10:30.
