B&B rates (per person per night):
Double or Twin room: £25.00
Single occupancy:
£30.00
Children under 14: half price
10% discount when booking 3 nights or more, or when 3 or 4 adults
book together.
£5 per room supplement for single-night stays during high season.
(High season is from Easter
to the end of September.)
Space and privacy for couples and families:
We always have only one party
staying with us at a time. This means that a couple, family group or small party will have private use of all facilities,
including the large lounge/dining room and conservatory, and the well appointed guest bathroom.
If
one room is booked by a single guest, we may also let the other room for single occupancy.
Cancellation:
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is payable in advance to reserve your accommodation.
Minimum stay:
Weekends and Bank Holidays in high season: 2 nights
Payments:We accept payment by UK cheque (payable to "G.L. Birks"), by cash or via PayPal.
We will e-mail you a link to our PayPal account once you have placed a booking request: please remember to let us know
your e-mail address. You can pay using any credit or debit card — you don't need a PayPal account.
Check-in/check-out
times:Check-in is normally after 15:00 except by prior arrangment. Check-out is around 10:30.
